主要研究领域:主要研究方向为计算生物学,运用人工智能破解生物分子功能与生物系统的关键问题。曾带领团队搭建 DNA 基础模型,成功应用于药物靶点发现、疾病机制阐释以及病毒识别与分类等领域。作为科学大模型研发的核心研究人员,负责生物分子的建模与应用评估。当前工作着重推动 AI 技术在生物医药研发、生物育种与合成生物学等领域的深入应用,旨在从分子到系统层面为生命科学创新提供更多可能性。
